The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of town, right next to the train station, and a stone's throw away from Roermond's Fashion Outlet. The rooms, while lacking a warm atmosphere and direct access from the car park, are generally nice and clean. The service, with extremely helpful and attentive staff, especially at the reception, along with a friendly housekeeping team, was a highlight. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a real fresh orange juice and home-made jams. As for facilities, the hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
